I attempted to stroll the famed “Philosopher’s Walk” this morning. I couldn’t find the start of the trail and had to go back to the hotel to get directions.
Thus ends my trip to Kyoto. Shinkansen to Tokyo, Narita Express to the airport, and SQ to return me to Singapore.
Started the day at a Zen temple in Japan and will be finishing the night eating supper at a kopitiam in Singapore. Rather marvelous how airplanes make this a very small world.
